Shipping: Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated on the website at the time of purchase. They are UPS ground shipment rates based on the location and weight. Where we ship: We ship only to the contiguous lower 48 states. All shipments must have a street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or internationally at this time. Order Processing: We place your order with the manufacturer within 24 hours after receiving it from you. Most of the manufacturers ship within 24-48 hours after receiving the order. Shipment Time: Please Note: Items are shipped directly from the manufacturers. As we use several different manufacturers, the shipment time may vary depending on the item purchased. Most of our manufacturers ship within 24-48 hours of receiving an order. As many of the products are hand-made, shipment time may be affected by availability of the item. Also, shipment time may also be affected by UPS holidays, or some rural addresses which require additional UPS transit time. Cancelling an Order: If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately via email at customerservice@all-americantoys.com or by calling 877-385-9939. Once an order is shipped it can not be cancelled. It will then be subject to our Standard Return Policy. Standard Return Policy: Items may returned within 30 days. In order to return an item, and receive the proper credit,please email customerservice@all-americantoys.com to receive information on how to proceed. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM TO THE MANUFACTURER! Keep the packing slip, invoice, and original packaging. There may be a restocking fee associated with your return. If there is, we will let you know that during our communication with you. Credit will be given for item only. Return shipping charges are not refundable. Cancellations that were already shipped are under these same return policies. Items Damaged in Shipment: If you receive an item which was damaged in shipment, please email us at customerservice@all-americantoys.com. for instructions on how to proceed. The item will need to be returned in it's original packaging. Also retain the packing slip and the invoice. Once the item is received back, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item plus any sales tax and shipping charges. Guarantee: All of the products are of good quality, durable, and non-toxic. If you are not satisfied with any item purchased, please contact us at customerservice@all-americantoys.com. We will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied. Payment Method: We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express credit cards, and PayPal. Sales Tax: Because we are based in Wisconsin, there is a 5.5% state sales tax applied to items delivered to a Wisconsin address. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us at All-American Toys. We value you, our customer, and will not share or sell any of your information with any outside third party.Any personal information collected is used only to process your order. When you subscribe to our mailing list, you will only receive information on new products we have added to our website, or on special promotions and/or sale items.
